Come stay at Chez O'Leary in Seattle, the beautiful Emerald city, where we have two locations with four apartments that will cater to your needs.
The first location at 4014 Midvale Ave N, Seattle WA 98103, is in a quiet residential neighborhood 2.5 miles North of downtown Seattle nestled between Fremont and Wallingford. Chez O'Leary is a beautiful 100 yr old Victorian row house which has been remodeled into a triplex with two floors. On the top floor is a one bedroom and studio apartment that have their own private entrance. The one bedroom has a queen size bed, pull out sofa, fully equipped kitchen and bath- tub/shower. Maximum occcupancy is four persons for this apartment and is really ideal for a family with small children. The Studio right next door has a queen bed, full kitchen, shower and walk in closet. Maximum occupancy is two people.
You can come and go as you please, as after all, you are the ones on vacation!! There are restaurants of various ethnicities (see links), shops, movie theaters, bars, bus-lines, grocery stores, 24Hr gas station and banks located nearby. You could not be in a more central location while also being part of the community. The area has a high walkability rating of 89% but is also located very close to Highway 99 and Interstate 5. Gas Works Park with scenic views of the city is close to the south and Green Lake where people walk and jog is just north of us. The house is a block away from bus routes that lead you on Route 99 to downtown Seattle in 15-20 mins or a 5-10 mins drive by car. We are also on a bus route to the University of Washington campus.
Our second location is a house located very close by in Phinney Ridge at 424 N 68th St, Seattle WA 98103. The house is also in a quiet residential neighborhood only 1.5 blocks from restaurants, yoga, coffee and retail shops in Phinney Ridge/Greenwood. The house is a duplex with a two bedroom apt on the first floor and a one bedroom apt on the second f loor. It is in a relaxing scenic part of the city with Green Lake just three blocks down the hill to the East and Woodland Park Zoo 10 blocks to the South. Bus lines to the city (Route MT 358, RT MT 5) are a block away where it takes 20 mins to get to downtown by bus or 10 mins by car. Interstate 5 is also minutes away by car and Route 99 direct to downtown is only blocks away.
